By using Reviewfair you agree to publish only genuine experiences. Reviews must not include defamation, unlawful content, or personal data about third parties that is not needed to describe the service.

Guest reviews stay unpublished until the writer opens a confirmation link sent to their email. Businesses may not pay for a higher Fair Score, hide genuine reviews, or filter invited customers after a job is complete. One public reply is permitted on claimed listings.

Paid plans increase invitation volume and website widgets. They do not affect ratings, rankings, or whether a review is shown. Payments for Collect and Grow are confirmed through Paystack, PayPal, or crypto as configured by Reviewfair.

Reviewfair may remove content that breaches these terms and may decline or reverse a listing claim if ownership cannot be verified.
