A Fair Score, not a raw average

Recent and verified reviews carry more weight, so a strong first month cannot define a company forever.

A labelled verification path

Every review is marked as invited, a verified purchase, or organic. The label cannot be purchased.

Invites businesses cannot filter

Claimed companies can invite customers after a completed job. They cannot choose who is allowed to respond.

Fair Score

How ratings work

A Fair Score is not a simple star average. Recent reviews count more than old ones. Invited and purchase-verified reviews count more than organic posts. A handful of ratings does not speak with the same weight as a large sample. The working is public on every listing and on the methodology page.

For customers

Write a review that helps

Stick to a job you actually completed. Say what went well, what did not, and whether you would use the company again. Confirm the review from your email so we can publish it. Guest writers can confirm by email each time, or create an account after the first review.

Common questions

What is Reviewfair?
Reviewfair is an independent company review site. Customers write reviews after a real experience. Fair Score weights recency, verification, and volume, and it cannot be bought.
How do I write a review?
Open a company listing and choose Write a review, or go to the write-review page and search for the business. We email a confirmation link before the review is published.
Can a business pay for a higher Fair Score?
No. Collect and Grow plans add invitation tools, replies, and website badges. They do not change Fair Score, hide poor ratings, or buy placement.
How do companies get listed?
Reviewfair publishes listings in the directory. A business can then claim the profile, reply in public, and invite customers after a completed job.
